Our bureau exists as a unique entity in the field of fashion and the creative industry today, focused specifically on organizing and scaling emerging designer brands.

Based in Paris, we remain lean and flexible, while working within a broad network of manufacturers, photographers, web designers, product developers, financial institutions, service providers and any other industry specialist.

The aim: to bridge the gap between creative ideas on the one hand and proper business strategies, operations and financial planning on the other. Strategic rigour, operational depth, and an intimate understanding of the creative industry  

— brought together in one bureau.

CONSULTANCY & MENTORSHIP



Our bureau guides founders and senior executives within brands, either on request by the brands themselves or as Operating Partner on behalf of their investors. For doing so we draw on years of experience in setting up and scaling structures in fashion. We help first avoid the usual pitfalls, then assist with directional advice and operational or financial restructuring.

This runs parallel to Pepijn's work as the Lead Consultant of the LABELS incubator program at Institut Français de la Mode, as well as his involvement at other incubator and mentorship programs across Europe.

EXECUTIVE
MISSIONS



Our bureau offers a range of “Made to Measure” executive missions, with fixed deliverables such as an investment memo, brand platform, or business planning, mostly for small to medium sized fashion brands.  We also cover broader restructuring interventions, focused for example on financial restructuring, digital marketing operations,  merchandising, or supply chain configuration.

ACCOMPANIMENT




Our bureau offers ongoing executive accompaniment on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This is our most intensive brand development option: defining priorities together on-the-go, with our bureau stepping in as an externalised Operational Executive.

BURO VAN EEDEN is led founded by Pepijn van Eeden — a strategist and operator with a decade of experience across executive leadership, advisory, and teaching in the fashion industries.

Trained in fashion and luxury business management, with an academic background in the humanities, his work operates at the intersection of cultural intelligence and strategic and operational rigour.

The bureau works as a lean but senior-led practice — engaging a network of specialists for each mandate.
